Ingredients

Method

1.Preheat oven to hot, 200°C. Lightly grease 2 large baking trays.
2.Place bread onto trays, cut side up. Spread with tomato puree. Top with onion, leftover meat, bocconcini, pumpkin and mozzarella.
3.Bake 15-20 minutes, or until golden and crisp. Top with rocket and cut into slices to serve.
