Method
1.Melt butter over a medium heat, add garlic and saute for 1 minute.
2.Add prawns, lemon pepper and celery salt. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, remove from heat and cool in a bowl on the bench.
3.Add mayonnaise, aioli and cucumber to prawns. Chill for 10 to 15 minutes.
4.Serve with cos lettuce and avocado. Garnish with spring onion and a lemon wedge.
