Method

1.Heat large non-stick saucepan; cook lamb, in batches, until browned, remove from pan. Add onion, capsicum and paste to same pan; cook, stirring, until onion is just soft.
2.Return lamb to pan with coconut milk; stir until heated through. Stir in coriander.
