Method

1.Preheat oven to hot, 200°C. Line an oven tray with baking paper.
2.Place potatoes in a small baking dish; toss with oil. Season to taste; bake 35-40 minutes, until golden and tender.
3.Meanwhile, cut a small pocket in each pork steak. Fill pocket with pesto; spread a little pesto over steak surface. Wrap prosciutto around each pork steak.
4.Bake steaks 12-15 minutes, until cooked to taste.
5.Serve pork and potatoes sprinkled with basil leaves; accompany with salad or vegetables.
