Method

1.Preheat oven to 200°C. Place 4 tortillas on 2 large baking paper-lined baking trays. Spread 1/4 cup tomato paste among tortillas.
2.Divide 8 slices prosciutto, 8 drained and quartered artichoke hearts, and 8 drained and sliced baby bocconcini among tortillas. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon spicy Italian seasoning among tortillas.
3.Bake for 5-10 minutes, until cheese has melted and tortillas are crisp.
