1.Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan on high. Stir-fry prawns with garlic and sambal oelek, for 1-2 minutes, until prawns change colour.
2.Add snow peas and combined honey, kecap manis, soy, fish sauce and sesame oil. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until heated through. Serve with rice.
If liked, stir through 1/4 cup coriander leaves. You can use a mixture of seafood for this dish – try scallops, calamari, cubed firm fish, mussels and prawns.
