1.Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water, following packet instructions. Drain well, return to pan.
2.Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan on medium. Add garlic and sauté, 30 seconds. Add prawns and cook, tossing, 2-3 minutes, until they change colour.
3.Stir through snow peas and chilli sauce. Cook, stirring, 1 minute or until heated through.
4.Add to pasta in pan, season to taste and toss to combine. Serve with sliced chilli and accompany with green salad, if you like.
