Method
1.Shell and devein prawns leaving tails intact.
2.Place noodles in a large heatproof bowl, cover with boiling water; stand until just tender, drain.
3.Meanwhile heat oiled wok over high heat; stir-fry prawns and garlic until prawns are just changed in colour. Add noodles, sauces and sambal; gently stir-fry until hot.
4.Stir in bean sprouts and coriander.
