Method
1.Place potatoes in a medium saucepan of salted water. Bring to boil on high. Reduce heat to medium and simmer 10-12 minutes, until just tender. Drain well. Transfer to a bowl.
2.Combine hot potatoes and broad beans in a large bowl. Add mint, aioli and vinegar, tossing well. Season to taste.
3.Fold chicken through. Cool before spooning into containers. Accompany with salad leaves.
