Potato, bacon and sausage pizza

Take a pizza base and top with juicy sausage, crispy bacon and yummy potato for a flavoursome Italian-inspired treat

Method

1.Preheat oven to 240°C (220°C fan forced). Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Place bases on prepared trays.
2.Heat half the oil in a large frying pan. Cook and turn sausages for 10 minutes or until cooked. Drain on paper towel; slice thinly.
3.Add bacon to pan; cook and stir for 3-4 minutes. Spread sauce over bases. Top with half the cheese, then potato. Top with bacon, sausages and remaining cheese. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until bases are crisp and cheese is golden.
4.Meanwhile, combine onion, rocket and remaining oil in a medium bowl. Remove pizzas from oven. Top with rocket mixture. Serve cut into squares.

You can use split English muffins for bases; cooking time will vary. Use any sausages you like – try chorizo or pepperoni.
