1.Preheat oven to 220°C (200°C fan-forced). Place pizza bases on oven trays; bake about 10 minutes or until crisp.
2.Meanwhile, heat oil in large frying pan; cook bacon, garlic, rosemary and chilli, stirring, 5 minutes. Remove mixture from pan.
3.Add potato to same heated pan; cook, stirring frequently, about 10 minutes or until tender
4.Sprinkle each pizza base with ⅓ cup of the cheese. Divide bacon mixture and potato between bases; top with remaining cheese. Bake about 5 minutes.
We used large (25cm diameter) packaged pizza bases for this recipe. It’s important to slice the potatoes as thinly as possible.
