1.Using a meat mallet. flatten pork between two sheets plastic wrap to 4mm thickness. Dust in flour, shaking off excess. Dip into egg and coat in breadcrumbs, pressing firmly.
2.To make chutney: In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients. Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer, covered, 4-5 minutes, until apples soften. Season to taste.
3.To make salad: In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Chill until required.
4.In a large frying pan, heat oil on medium. Cook schnitzels 2-3 minutes each side, until golden brown and cooked through. Cut schnitzels in half. Fill rolls with salad, schnitzel and apple chutney. Serve with fries.
