Ingredients

Method

1.Heat oil in a wok on high. Stir-fry pork in two batches for 2-3 minutes adding onions during the last minute.
2.Toss in broccolini, sprouts, capsicum and pineapple with reserved juice, vinegar, sugar and cornflour mixture. Bring to the boil, stirring.
3.Add noodles and simmer, tossing for 2-3 minutes. Serve topped with cashews.

To slice meat easily, partially freeze it first and cut across grain. Other noodles may be used.
