1.Soak noodles in boiling water in a heatproof bowl for 10 minutes. Stir noodles to separate strands. Drain.
2.Meanwhile, heat oil in a frying pan over high heat. Add mince; cook, stirring to break up lumps, for 5 minutes or until browned. Add ginger, chilli, oyster sauce, seasoning sachet and 1/3 cup water; cook for 1 minute or until fragrant.
3.Add sprouts and noodles; cook, stirring, until heated. Spoon pork mixture into lettuce cups. Serve topped with coriander.
Try hokkien, ramen or singapore noodles.
