Method
1.Using a vegetable peeler, slice carrot into ribbons. Combine carrot in medium bowl with wombok, cabbage, onion and pork.
2.To make dressing, combine ingredients in screw-top jar: shake well.
3.Just before eating, drizzle salad with dressing.
Can use leftover roast pork or chinese barbecued pork.
