Method

1.Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water for 6-8 minutes or until tender. Drain; return to pan.
2.Meanwhile, heat oil in a large deep frying pan over high heat. Add sausages; cook and turn for 5-8 minutes or until browned and cooked. Transfer to a heatproof plate. Slice thickly. Add onion, garlic, tomato, basil and peas to pan. Reduce heat to moderate; cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until slightly reduced.
3.Add sausage and macaroni to tomato mixture in pan; stir to combine. Season. Serve macaroni sprinkled with parmesan and extra basil.
