Method

1.Combine pesto and vinegar in a small bowl. Brush half of mixture over chicken and tomatoes.
2.Heat a lightly greased char-grill or barbecue plate on high. Cook tomatoes 2-3 minutes, until just softened.
3.Remove tomatoes; cook chicken on same grill 6-8 minutes, until cooked through and browned. Remove; cover and rest 5 minutes before slicing thickly.
4.Place tomatoes, chicken and baby rocket in a large bowl. Add oil and remaining pesto mixture; toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
