Method
1.Cook penne in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water according to packet directions. Drain and return to pan.
2.Add peas and butter to penne. Cook on medium heat for 3 minutes, tossing, until peas thaw. Stir in cream and prosciutto and cook for another 3 minutes, until penne is well coated and cream thickens slightly.
3.Stir through parmesan and season to taste. Serve scattered with extra parmesan.
