Try something different tonight with this Japanese-inspired noodle dish with hints of sesame and ginger.

Method

1.To make dressing, in a small jug, mix wasabi paste in 2 teaspoons of orange juice first, to prevent lumps and to allow it to be evenly mixed through dressing. Whisk in all remaining ingredients.
2.Cook noodles following packet instructions. Rinse under cold water and drain well.
3.Meanwhile, rub ginger over tuna. Roll tuna in sesame seeds to coat and season to taste.
4.Heat oil in a large trying pan or char-grill on medium. Sear tuna 1 minute each side, or until cooked to taste. Set aside, loosely covered with foil, to rest 5 minutes. Using a sharp knife, cut into thin slices.
5.When ready to serve, pour dressing over noodles. Add sprouts, orange segments and onions, tossing to combine. Serve noodles topped with tuna.
