Method

1.Shape sausage mince into four thin patties.
2.Cook patties in a heated oiled large frying pan, over medium heat, for 3 minutes each side or until cooked through.
3.Top ciabatta with tomatoes, cheese, patties and basil leaves. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar; season to taste.
