Method
1.Place vegetables in a steamer basket over simmering water. Steam 4-5 minutes, or until just tender; keep warm.
2.To make crumble, heat butter and oil together in a frying pan on high. Saute walnuts 2-3 minutes, or until golden. Add rosemary, garlic and zest; saute 1 minute. Mix in bread and paprika. Season to taste; toss well.
3.Arrange vegetables on a platter. Scatter with crumble mixture.
