Method

1.Combine olives, capers, tomato, parsley and oregano in a large bowl.
2.Whisk mustard, oil, juice and garlic in a small bowl. Season. Pour over olive mixture; toss to combine. Serve with bread.

Serve with barbecued lamb, chicken or as a topping for frittata. Try a mixture of red and yellow tomatoes.
