Method
1.Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced). Oil oven trays.
2.Cut 675g (1¼-pound) sourdough loaf into 16 thin slices, discarding ends. Using 5cm (2-inch) cutter, cut 16 rounds from bread; spread each bread round with about 1 teaspoon basil or sundried tomato pesto; place on trays. Using same cutter, cut 16 rounds from 8 swiss cheese slices.
3.Top bread with cheese; bake about 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
