Method
1.Preheat oven to hot, 220°C (200°C fan-forced).
2.Spread each pocket bread with 1 tablespoon of the tomato paste.
3.Place pocket breads onto oven trays; top with cabanossi, ham, capsicum and pineapple. Sprinkle with cheese.
4.Cook, uncovered, about 12 minutes or until cheese melts and is browned lightly.
