Method

1.Preheat oven to 220°C (200°C fan-forced). Grease 2 baking trays.
2.Heat oil in a large frying pan over moderate heat. Add onion; cook, stirring, 3 minutes or until soft. Add mince; cook, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up lumps, for 5 minutes or until browned.
3.Add garlic, zucchini and spice mix; cook, stirring, 1 minute or until fragrant. Add tomato paste and 1/3 cup water. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, 2-3 minutes or until thick.
4.Place bread, cut-side up, on prepared trays; spread with dip. Top with mince mixture, then sprinkle with almonds and ricotta. Bake 10-12 minutes, or until bases are crisp.
5.Combine yoghurt, mint and 1 tablespoon cold water in a small bowl. Serve pizzas drizzled with yoghurt mixture.

You could replace Turkish pide rolls with 2 x 10cm pieces pide bread, split in half horizontally.
