Method
1.Lightly spread sliced bagels with butter or mayonnaise, as preferred.
2.Layer bacon, lettuce and tomato onto bagel bases. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
3.Sandwich together with remaining bagel halves. Wrap in plastic wrap to keep fresh.
Placing the tomato slices on paper towels will remove a lot of the moisture and prevent the bagels going soggy.
