Ingredients

Method

1.Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced). Lightly grease 2 baking trays.
2.Heat oil in a frying pan on medium. Saute capsicum, potato and onion for 3 minutes, or until onion is tender. Add tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
3.Remove from heat, stir in beans and cheese. Season to taste.
4.Cut each piece of pastry into 4. Place 2 tablespoons filing into centre of each pastry square. Wet edges with a little water. Fold over pastry to form a triangle, pressing with a fork to seal.
5.Make 2 or 3 slits in top of each pastie. Brush with a little milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds, Bake for 15-20 minutes.

Pasties freeze well. Reheat from frozen in a 180°C oven for 15-20 minutes. Makes 16 Serve with salad, if desired.
