Method

1.Heat half of the butter in a large frying pan. Cook half of the vegetables, stirring, until just tender. Transfer into a 1.5 litre ovenproof dish.
2.Heat remaining butter in same pan; repeat with remaining vegetables.
3.Sprinkle basil and combined cheeses over vegetables in dish. Place under hot grill until cheese melts.
