Ingredients

Lamb sausage pizza

2 large prepared pizza bases

1/4 cup pizza sauce

2 lamb sausages

1 zucchini, thinly shaved

150 gram torn mozzarella

50 gram crumbled goat's cheese

rocket, to serve

Method

1.Preheat oven to hot, 200°C. Line 2 oven trays with baking paper.

2.Place one pizza base on each tray. Spread bases evenly with sauce.

3.Squeeze sausage from casings and crumble one sausage over each pizza. Top evenly with zucchini and cheeses. Season to taste.

Shave zucchini into ribbons using a vegetable peeler or mandolin.
