Method
1.Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan forced.
2.Cook onion and garlic in oiled medium saucepan, stirring, until onion softens. Add mince, paste, paprika and cumin; cook, stirring, until mince is cooked through.
3.Split breads; place bases on oven tray. Spread with mince mixture; sprinkle with cheese and mint. Replace tops; bake pide about 10 minutes or until bread is crisp. Cut each pide in half to serve.
