Method
1.Preheat a char-grill pan over moderately high heat. Brush kumara with oil. Cook kumara and sausages for 5 minutes each side or until golden and cooked.
2.Thickly slice sausages. Cut kumara slices in half.
3.Combine mayonnaise and sour cream in a large bowl. Add chives, celery, pecans, lettuce, sausage and kumara; toss to combine. Serve.
Serve sausage mixture in lettuce cups. Kumara is orange sweet potato. Try cured chorizo instead of beef sausages.
