1.Using your hands, combine mince, breadcrumbs, mint spices, juice and salt in a medium bowl. Roll mixture into 12 balls, roll balls into sausage-shaped kofta. Cook kofta on a heated, oiled flat barbecue plate (or frying pan), uncovered, until cooked through.
2.Meanwhile, to make tunisian carrot salad, cut carrots into 5cm lengths; slice pieces thinly lengthways. Cook carrot on a heated, oiled grill plate, uncovered, until just tender. Place carrot in a large bowl with remaining ingredients; toss gently to combine.
3.Serve kofta with the tunisian carrot salad and yoghurt.
Kofta suitable to freeze. Not suitable to microwave.
