Method

1.In a large bowl, combine mesclun, radishes, avocado, carrot and snow peas.
2.Whisk together sesame oil, mirin, rice-wine vinegar and caster sugar. Season to taste. Drizzle over salad and toss well. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.

Mesclun usually consists of a mixture of salad leaves such as baby spinach, mizuna, oak, tatsoi, rocket and baby beetroot leaves.
