Method

1.Place potatoes in a medium-sized saucepan. Cover with cold water and bring to boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium and boil gently for 8 minutes. Remove from heat Drain and set aside for 15 minutes or until cool. Wrap each potato in foil.
2.To make chive cream: In a small bowl mix sour cream and remaining ingredients. Taste and season.
3.Preheat barbecue. Cook potatoes on coals or on a grill plate with hood closed, turning once or twice, for 10 minutes, or until tender when pierced with fork.
4.Remove foil, cut potatoes in half and top with chive cream. Serve.

You could carry out steps 1 and 2 the day before. Store covered in the fridge until needed. Colibans are the round, white spuds usually available at supermarkets.
