1.In a large saucepan, cover potatoes with cold water. Bring to boil; boil for 10 minutes. Add beans and cook for 2 minutes more or until tender. Drain. Refresh under cold running water. Halve potatoes and transfer with beans to a large bowl. Add olives, tomato and vinaigrette; toss to combine. Season.
2.Sprinkle both sides of chicken with seasoning. In a large frying pan, heat oil over moderate heat. Cook chicken, turning occasionally, for 8 minutes or until browned and cooked through. Transfer to a heatproof board. Cover with foil; rest for 5 minutes. Slice.
3.Add chicken to potato mixture; toss to combine. Serve with bread.
