Method

1.Preheat an oven grill on high.
2.Brush bread slices on both sides with half oil; rub with cut garlic. Grill 2-3 minutes each side, until golden and toasted.
3.Arrange toast on an oven tray. Top with tomato, prosciutto and mozzarella slices. Drizzle with remaining oil.
4.Grill 3-4 minutes, until cheese is melted and golden; season to taste.
5.Serve melt topped with basil leaves.
