Method
1.Roll out bases. Preheat oven to 230°C/210°C fan forced. On lightly floured surface roll out 4 balls of dough into rustic rectangles. Lightly spray trays with oil and place 2 bases on each tray.
2.Spread barbecue sauce over each pizza base, leaving 1cm border. Sprinkle bases evenly with mozzarella, then scatter over chicken, smoked cheese and onion.
3.Cook for 25 mins until bases are cooked and cheese is golden.
4.Remove from oven, scatter with rocket and serve immediately.
