Method

1.Heat half the oil in a wok or large frying pan on high. Stir-fry pork, in 2 batches, for 2-3 minutes each batch, transferring to a plate.
2.Heat remaining oil in same wok on high. Stir-fry onion and carrot 1 minute. Add buk choy, bamboo shoots and hoisin to wok; stir-fry 1 minute.
3.Return pork to wok with noodles, separating with fingers as they are added. Stir-fry 1 minute. Serve immediately, garnished with green onion.
