Method

1.Combine mince, half the garlic, mint, breadcrumbs and egg in a bowl; season. Using moist hands, shape into 8 patties. Heat oil in a large frying pan over moderate heat. Add patties; cook for 4 minutes each side or until brown and cooked.
2.Place sprouts in a steaming basket over a saucepan of simmering water; steam for 4 minutes. Add carrot and peas; steam for 2 minutes more or until tender. Drain water from pan; place vegetables in pan with remaining crushed garlic and butter. Season. Toss over moderate heat for 1 minute or until combined.
3.Arrange vegies and patties on serving plates. Serve with lemon wedges.
