Ingredients

Method

1.Blend or process half the cheese with the sour cream until smooth. Stir in remaining cheese.
2.Combine both minces, onion, sauces and tomato in medium bowl; shape mixture into four patties.
3.Cook patties in heated oiled large frying pan until browned and cooked through.
4.Preheat grill (broiler). Halve buns; toast, cut-side up, under grill. Sandwich rocket, patties, gorgonzola cream and artichoke between bun halves.
