Ingredients: Honey mustard dressing; 1 tablespoon wholegrain mustard; 2 teaspoon honey; 1/3 cup (80ml) olive oil; 1/4 cup (60ml) lemon juice; 3 teaspoon white wine vinegar; 1 radicchio lettuce; 150 gram wild rocket; 250 gram thinly sliced leg ham (or turkey or chicken); 4 medium (240g) figs, quartered; 115 gram packet blue brie, sliced thinly

Honey mustard dressing

1 tablespoon wholegrain mustard

2 teaspoon honey

1/3 cup (80ml) olive oil

1/4 cup (60ml) lemon juice

3 teaspoon white wine vinegar

1 radicchio lettuce

150 gram wild rocket

250 gram thinly sliced leg ham (or turkey or chicken)

4 medium (240g) figs, quartered

115 gram packet blue brie, sliced thinly

Method

1.To make honey mustard dressing, combine all the ingredients in a screw-top jar; shake well.

2.Arrange the radicchio, rocket, ham, figs and brie on 4 serving plates.

3.Drizzle with honey mustard dressing.
