1.Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water 8 minutes, or until tender; drain. Return pasta to pan. Add spinach, oil and parsley; toss to combine. Season.
2.Meanwhile, preheat an oven grill to high.
3.Heat extra oil in a large frying pan over high heat; cook beef 1 minute each side, or until browned. Transfer to a baking tray lined with foil.
4.Spread beef with chutney; top with ham and cheese. Sprinkle with rosemary; cook under grill 2 minutes, or until cheese is golden and melted. Transfer to heatproof plates. Serve.
Uncrumbed beef schnitzel steaks are also known as beef ‘sizzle steaks’ in supermarkets.
