Paprika mayonnaise
Method
1.Combine veal, oil, garlic, rind and paprika in medium bowl; refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
2.Make paprika mayonnaise. Combine ingredients in small bowl.
3.Cook veal on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) until cooked as desired. Cover veal; stand 5 minutes then slice thinly.
4.Meanwhile, cook radicchio on heated oiled grill plate until heated through.
5.Combine veal and remaining ingredients in medium bowl.
6.Divide radicchio among serving plates; top with veal mixture, drizzle with mayonnaise.
