Method
1.To make the salsa verde, combine parsley, mint, lemon juice and capers, garlic and olive oil in small bowl.
2.Combine pork fillets in large bowl with garlic cloves, olive oil and lemon rind and lemon juice. Cook pork on heated oiled grill plate.
3.Cover; stand 5 minutes then slice thinly. Serve with salsa verde.
