Ingredients

Method

1.Heat a char-grill pan over moderate heat. Brush fish with half the oil. Add to pan; cook 3-4 minutes each side or until cooked. Remove from heat. Cover with foil; rest 5 minutes. Wipe pan clean.
2.In a large frying pan, heat remaining oil over moderate. Add spinach and juice; cook and stir 1-2 minutes or until just wilted. Remove from heat. Add olives and herbs; toss until combined.
3.Spoon spinach mixture and potato onto serving plates. Top with fish. Serve with lemon wedges.
