Method

1.Spray fish with oil. Sprinkle cumin over fish. Heat a char-grill pan over moderate heat. Add fish; cook for 2-3 minutes each side or until cooked.
2.Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan of boiling water cook beans and carrot 3 minutes or until just tender. Drain.
3.Combine tomato, onion, parsley, olives, garlic, vinegar and oil in a glass bowl. Season with pepper.
4.Place beans and carrots on plates. Top with fish and salsa. Serve at once.
