Makes 24 Item Cook 25M Skip to Recipe Woman's Weekly Food Previous Next Print Ingredients 1/2 green mango (150g), grated coarsely 2 green onions, sliced thinly 1 fresh long red chilli, sliced thinly 1/2 cup (40g) bean sprouts 1/2 cup loosely packed fresh coriander leaves 50 gram snow peas, trimmed, sliced thinly 1 cup (80g) shredded wombok 3 centimetre piece fresh ginger (15g), grated 2 tablespoon rice vinegar 1 tablespoon peanut oil 2 teaspoon mirin 2 teaspoon light soy sauce 24 betel leaves Method 1.Place mango, onion, chilli, sprouts, coriander, snow peas and wombok in medium bowl with combined ginger, vinegar, oil, mirin and sauce; toss gently to combine. 2.Place one level tablespoon of the mango mixture on each leaf.
