Method
1.Place split peas in medium bowl, cover with cold water; stand overnight, drain. Rinse under cold water; drain.
2.Place peas in medium saucepan, cover with boiling water. Simmer, covered, about 10 minutes or until split peas are tender; rinse under cold water, drain.
3.Whisk ingredients for wholegrain mustard dressing in small bowl.
4.Place split peas in large bowl with remaining ingredients and dressing; mix gently.
