Method

1.In a large bowl, combine mesclun, cucumber, tomatoes, cut into wedges, feta, kalamata olives and onion, thinly sliced.
2.In a jug, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice and red-wine vinegar, and dried oregano. Season to taste. Drizzle over salad and toss well.

You can add drained and flaked tuna to this salad, if you like. If you prefer, use a different variety of mixed salad leaves.
