Method
1.Preheat a barbecue plate or large frying pan to moderate heat.
2.Squeeze sausage filling from sausage casings into a medium bowl. Using damp hands, shape filling into 4 equal-sized, flattened patties.
3.Brush patties and hash browns with oil; barbecue 4-5 minutes each side, or until browned and cooked.
4.Spread 1 tablespoon relish over each roll base; top with salad leaves, cucumber, feta and a patty. Sandwich with remaining rolls.
5.Combine coleslaw mix and dressing in a medium bowl.
6.Serve burgers with hash browns and coleslaw.
